Overview of the project

Tokyu Binh Duong Garden City is located in Binh Duong New City covering more than 110 hectares, with over 7,500 apartments, commercial areas, services, and office spaces.

Tokyu Binh Duong Garden City is a Japanese-style urban based on the model of Tokyu Tama Den-en Toshi urban. Tokyu Tama Den-en Toshi has an area of 5,000 hectares, located in the suburb of Tokyo with Tokyu Corporation’s attendance as the employer. This project was launched in 1953. Over 60 years, Tokyu Tama Den-en Toshi has now become a modern urban area with 600,000 residents, and is one of the most favorite urban in Japan.

Tokyu Binh Duong Garden City is very close to Dai Nam Van Hien tourism park, etc., far way about 30 km from the center of Ho Chi Minh City and about 10 km from the center of Thu Dau Mot City.

Binh Duong New City is expanding further with the development of educational institutions, sports and recreation areas, as well as offices, business establishments and houses which have been being developed and operated. A population growth is estimated, especially when offices of the government agencies in Binh Duong are moved to the central area of Binh Duong New City. These factors are important to the project's potential.

The ground breaking of Tokyu Binh Duong Garden City Project was conducted in March 2012 with a total investment of approximately 1.2 billion USD.
